Tucked away at the intersection of S. Rainbow Rd. and W. Wallis Rd. in Rogers, Arkansas, Biltmore is a scenic neighborhood featuring over 100 single-family homes near the Shadow Valley Country Club.
Although Biltmore homes use a Cave Springs mailing address, they are fully located within the City of Rogers. Residents receive all Rogers municipal utilities, police protection, and fire services. Additionally, the neighborhood is zoned for the highly-rated Bentonville School District.
