Discussions
- Landscaping – dying plants at entrances to the neighborhood due in part to non-working irrigation.
- There was a motion and unanimous approval to update the POA flower beds and landscaping with drought-tolerant plants; as well as to hire someone to investigate the irrigation system.
- Fence – discussion was held regarding painting the fence but nothing was finalized
- Holiday decorations – committee was established. There was a motion and unanimous approval of the committee to decorate neighborhood entrances
- Home upkeep requirements: There are more rental homes in the neighborhood. A letter will be sent to all homes in the neighborhood, sharing the POA information and requirements. Property owners/landlords are required to maintain the appearance of their homes.
- Plan to create a letter or door hanger to welcome new residents in Biltmore, and give website address, Facebook page, ect.
