How much are Biltmore’s annual POA Dues?

Annual dues are $200 and can be paid online or via check by mail to P.O. Box 207, Cave Springs, AR 72718.

How much is the transfer fee for a new buyer?

The transfer fee for a new buyer is $150.

How much is the late fee for POA dues?

The late fee is $50.

Can I have a copy of the Bylaws and Covenants?

Yes, they are under “Bylaws & Covenants” on the website.

Are board members elected or volunteered for?

Board members are volunteers who are elected at the annual meetings and serve a 3 year term.

How many POA meetings are held per year?

We currently hold one annual meeting during the fall, tentatively scheduled for the first or second weekend of October.

What are the rules for parking?

Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, NOT on the grass.

Can I install rooftop solar panels?

Yes, you can install solar panels, but they must NOT be installed on the front of your house.

Does the POA repair the exterior fence along Wallis Rd. or Rainbow Rd.?

No, each homeowner is responsible for their own fencing – POA will provide stain.

What do annual POA dues cover?

Annual POA dues cover street light maintenance as well as power to the entrance and perimeter lights, community landscaping, flowerbeds, water sprinklers to maintain the landscaping, repairs, costs for mailing annual notifications/statements, signage, holiday decor, lighting, and more.
