The POA board met Sunday October 6th at 2PM. They approved repairs to the electrical system at the entrances to the neighborhood, the removal of a tree that is dying and covering the BILTMORE name at the corner of Wallis and Rainbow Road, and and reviewed the dates for the biannual neighborhood yard sale (3rd weekend in May and the 3rd weekend in September, annually). A budget was approved for holiday decorations to be installed in 2025 after the electrical work is completed.
